Nanoscale electrochemistry and single nanoparticles

讲座人简介：

Dr.Bo Zhang is an associate professor in the department of chemistry, Universityof Washington. Professor Zhang received his B.S. degree in chemistry from Shandong University in 1999 and obtained his M.S. degree in chemistry from Peking University in 2002. He got his Ph.D. in chemistry from University of Utah in 2006. He worked as a postdoctoral associate in the Pennsylvania State University from 2006 to 2008. He joined University of Washington as an assistant professor in 2008 and was promoted to associate professor in 2013.

His research interests include structure-function relationship of nanoparticle electrocatalysis; Single-molecule electrocatalysis and electrochemistry; Electrochemical imaging of neurons and their network; Analytical chemistry of nanopores; Fluorescence-enabled electrochemistry.
