讲座人简介：单丽波教授，1995年毕业于北京师范大学并获得学士学位，1998年毕业于中国科学院并获得硕士学位，2003年在美国Kansas State University获得博士学位，2003-2008年在哈佛医学院做博士后。自2009年至今，在Texas A&M University先后任助理教授、副教授、教授，并于2016年担任分子和环境植物科学系、植物基因组学和生物技术研究所所长。主要从事植物病理学、植物-微生物相互作用的分子生物学研究，是美国植物生物学家学会、国际植物-微生物相互作用学会和英国植物病理学学会会员，担任Molecular Plant Pathology，Frontier in Plant-Microbe Interactions等高级编辑或编委，在Science，Cell, Plant Cell，Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U. S. A，Nature Plant, Nature Communication, Current Biology, CellReports, Cell Host & Microbe，EMBO Reports, Science Signaling，Plant Journal, Plant Physiology，New Phytologist, PLoSGenetics, PLoS Pathog，Molecular Plant，Molecular Plant-Microbe Interactions, Annual Review ofPhytopathology，Trend in Plant Science等发表论文50多篇。
